PURPOSE OF THE COMPANY
The Late. Mr. Pala Kanakaraju, the founder of our family business, started a grocery & a brick and mortar business in Odalarevu village 60 years ago and grew into the position of a grain businessman, buying large quantities of grain from farmers in neighboring villages and selling it to retail customers. After that they started aqua business. At that time they exported aqua products to major cities of India, especially cities like Chennai, Calcutta, Hyderabad, Bhadrachalam, Kakinada etc. Mainly, about two tons of prawns are exported in this process. This business became bread and butter for some poor folk of the village, about10 to 15 families depended on this aqua exporting process. By and by their business system expended further. Besides this, they started coconut business, taking the advantage of the Konaseema Region which is the main producer of coconut. They bought coconuts from their own village and neighbouring villages, dry them up and then pack the coconut copras (dry kennel of coconut) and send them to Ambajipeta market. This coconut exporting business also provided employment to many of the village people. After that they entered into their aqua exporting business. In this way all their businesses continued in a dynamic and successful prospect for 43 years without any sickness.
After a long span of time of 20 years when our business founders closed the above said businesses, we took inspiration from that prosperous business activities, and we would like to resume such businesses. In the event of this noval business idea, we add some innovative techniques to the traditional business of Mr. Rao’s retail business at that time. Our main aim is to deliver different products of ‘PALA’ brand through E – Commers.
VISION OF THE COMPANY
Our company’s main motto is deliver the products through E – Commers (PALA DOT) all over the country after purchasing Apparel and Electronics products from main producers. The sea food products are cleaned and packed by trained personnel at the Central Institute of Technology. Our main aim is to delivering fresh sea food and fresh fruits and vegetables to nearby cities, and to open dark stores and enter into E – Commers, making delivery promptly and provide employment to many.

MISSION OF THE COMPANY
The main aims of our Rao Retail are to provide employment to the people,and increase the income of the farmers whom belong to Konaseema region which is rich in agricultural and aquaculture products like coconuts, fruits, and sea food.
